Open Source software can be a great way to jump-start development projects. When this software is included in commercial projects, there is business risk related to licensing. We were asked to build tooling for developers that could be integrated into dev-ops processes to identify open source license risks in an automated way at the start of development instead of as a pre-release manual bottleneck. This project included
